Missed appointment and late cancellation fees
We're glad you have chosen us. When you miss or cancel your appointment you affect those of clients that could have used that time. We regularly turn away multiple new clients a month because our schedule is fully booked, and a cancelled lesson with appropriate notice mean we could accommodate others who have requested extra lessons or different times.
In the event you have to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance except of an emergency, via email. As for any scheduling changes, we like to have it in writing, so please email us if you're cancelling several days in advance. Full session price will be charged for appointment missed, cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Please be aware that in some cases repeat missed appointment can lead to termination of services.
Non-refundable booking fee of $25 per tutoring session
The tutoring time is reserved & confirmed once you pay for the $25 per session booking fee. A booking fee of $25 per session is non-refundable, and it will be deducted from the cost of the tutoring session. For example, if your tutoring session costs $100, you pay us a booking fee of $25 at the time you make the appointment, and then you pay $75 by the beginning of the tutoring session on the day of the appointment. 
Payment 
For in-person option, pay in full by the beginning of every session.                                                                                          For online option, full payment per tutoring session is required at least 48 hours in advance.                                            
Client's success is our priority, but we never compromise values on ethics & integrity. With respect to academic integrity, we don't complete assignments/projects/tests on behalf of clients under any circumstances. Thank you for your cooperation!
